  • Your name should match your passport exactly. Write your full name as it appears on your passport. The order of names does not matter. You can put your surname first or your first name first.
  • Your date of birth: in Vietnam, the date format will be DD/MM/YYYY;
  • Your nationality on your passport is important. The passport you use to enter Vietnam must be valid. It should be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date;
