1. Cancellation

We guarantee to give clients the pre-approval letter within 24 – 48 hours, so applications will be processed as soon as completed. If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before your passport and other supporting documents were received by  you can do so without any penalties by email to  You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service and for return shipping (if prepaid). However, no refund will be given after you receive approval letter for your visa from Vietnam Immigration Department.

2. Refund Policy

Immigration, so we are unable to change any detail once it is processed.

– With our company’s errors, we will refund 100% fee or arrange the new one correctly.

– For clients unable to use the approved letter for Vietnam visa on holiday option because of objective reasons such as accidence, disease, natural disasters, etc., the refund will be 50% fee or another application is free.

– Within 1 working hour after receiving our service, if the client does not contact us, for any trouble we do not take responsibility.

– In case, the client provides us the incorrect information including personal information and contact details, we won’t be responsble for that.

 cannot process refunds for Credit Card payments over 6 months old. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to Consulates directly.

– In case, the Customers use the Fake Credit Card to settle the payment, they will be denied to enter Vietnam next time.

We reserve the right to modify these refund policy without prior notice.
